During the first stages of her professional career, she developed a strong capacity and a desire for human resources which incited her to pursue a Masters in Human Resources and Development. Ms Jeudy has over 14 years of experience in the field of human resources and has worked for numerous fortune 500 companies, holding an ever expanding range of positions within human resources.
Ms Jeudy's attributes include an expertise in personality match, key to recruitment, retention, development of soft and technical skills, development of HR manuals, policies and procedures and sound knowledge of Haiti’s labor codes.

Peter Benny
Industrial Human Resources ConsultantPeter Benny is the Human Resources Management Consultant for the largest Gold mining and exploration company in Guyana the Guyana Goldfields Inc. His career as a Human Resources Professional commenced in 1981 and has spanned almost three decades working in some of the major companies in Guyana and the Caribbean.
In 2009 Peter took up the appointment as the Director of Human Resources with Communications Cellular D’Haiti at its flagship company in Port au Prince by the name of VOILA returning back to Guyana after the devastating earthquake in March of 2010.
Mr. Benny’s expertise are: Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations Negotiations and Collective Bargaining , Manpower Planning , Recruitment and Placement, developed Standard Practice to name a few.

Gwynne Beatty
Managing Partner, Client RelationsGwynne Beatty holds a B.A. from Boston College and a J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri.
Her career trajectory includes communications, marketing, public relations, fundraising, project creation and management, public/private partnerships, event production, image making.
She began working in Haiti in 2004, first with Yele Haiti Foundation for 3.5 years, and then with Trilogy International Partners as Director of Social Investment at Voila for 3.5 years. Her leadership and innovative methods in corporate philanthropy and marketing won Trilogy and Voila the State Dep’t’s coveted Award for Corporate Excellence in 2009 from a global pool of nominees. Building Voila’s “Education For Success” platform, averaging 30 projects per year, her work’s common thread was education and job creation for Haitians.
Prior to Haiti, Ms. Beatty was Director, Digital Music & Film at the US’s foremost entertainment PR firm, Rogers & Cowan, and led the account for the largest client in the firm’s history, Microsoft’s Digital Media Division, for 4 years.
